Well congratulations on another great one! Are you using the flat Nomex gasket? I'm using it on the oil tank and the new gravity feed 1" wide self stick.... Works great. I thought the self stick was possibly going to be a problem but you could not pull it off if you wanted to.

Yes Puff, I have been using it on the last three builds and so farvit is working great, I do like the adhesion it has also. I bought a 100foot roll of it and was hoping it worked good.

Thanks Bluecatfish, captbo, I guess I didnt put size down. The tank is 42 total length by 17.5 inches.. the firebox is 15.5 wide by 15 deep and 15 tall. Its a good little patio, will feed 20 to 30 with butts or briskets.will hold 4 to 5 racks of ribs.
