Warmer and firebox tacked together and holes cut for throat and warmer damper
One of the guys from our food equipment company helping me today. Thanks james!
Cook chamber plates are tacked in
place. Now to put the cap on the end of it and welder up. This one will be insulated fire box. Notice I made the fire box and warmer 24x24x48. The inside dimensions of the firebox needed to be 21x21x22. I'll get into that in a minute.
Got the trailer built. Gonna stop for today. Next will be the mount for the smoker then finish the guts. Think I'm gonna put a burner and a log rack on it.
Progress, trailer skin is gonna be 3/4, 9 gauge expanded metal. Laos in place and I'm mounting the legs on the trailer for the pit. Cooker goin on next.
