Believe it or else, I'm going to make my own pit. Now everyone can stop laughing. Anyway, we're going to call it Mack™

Nice to watch this one....let the video cameras roll. This will be a great addition to the SBU ( smokerbuilder university) webpage Looks like you going with the rectangle shape. My new favorite! Great idea!!!

Cook chamber plates are tacked in
place. Now to put the cap on the end of it and welder up. This one will be insulated fire box. Notice I made the fire box and warmer 24x24x48. The inside dimensions of the firebox needed to be 21x21x22. I'll get into that in a minute.

Got the trailer built. Gonna stop for today. Next will be the mount for the smoker then finish the guts. Think I'm gonna put a burner and a log rack ImageImageon it.

Progress, trailer skin is gonna be 3/4, 9 gauge expanded metal. Laos in place and I'm mounting the legs on the trailer for the pit. Cooker goin on next. ImageImage
