Here's the recipe I used.
I also didn't can these properly.Did the quick version.Nor did I use the Turmeric,celery seed or cayenne.
A bit of advice-take out most of the seeds or it'll be TOO spicy.In one of the pictures it shows the pepper corer I used to deseed them.

How many peppers did you use to make these? I might try it out. Do you store them in a dark place to protect their color??
