Pork butt

When you want pulled pork sammiches for dinner, you have to get started before breakfast. Image 8.5 lbs. I trimmed most of the fat so I could have maximum bark. Image Covered in HR garlic jalapeño and sweet rub. I’m going to cook this one between 250-275 so it should be ready in plenty of time, stay tuned...

Funny how that works....lol. If you want a brisket for lunch you need to light the fire right after supper the previous day.

Makes you wonder why we do it......

I believe it took 5.5 hours to cook this one and it was tender and juicy. :needfood:
