Saw the recipe online and had to try it.
The bad part about it?It takes 4 weeks to do correctly.
I couldn't wait so I did the quick refrigerator method.Let it set for 1 week.
Mmm mmm good.Put it on creamcheese and crackers, but make sure ya got something to drink.They ARE jalapenos ya know...
