Baby backs for dinner.

Post by towtruck » April 3rd, 2022, 4:51 pm

I smoked three racks of baby backs for dinner tonight. I changed them up just a tad to accommodate what I had on hand to finish them. I ended up crutching them with apple sauce and apricot preserves. I used my homemade sauce and rubbed them with two rubs, one a New Orleans Cajun and the other a Kinder's Cali's Blackened. They came out very tasty and lip smacking good!

They look delicious!

I'll have to try your recipe the next time I do ribs.

Thanks for sharing!

Looks mighty good T.T.!
Almost like the apple sauce crusted up on top a bit!
MMMMM Now I gotta go get a snack
