Smoked Brats Alfredo

Last night, my wife made some smoked brats Alfredo with some of the leftover brats I smoked the other day, it was awsome.

She bought a jar of Alfredo sauce, made some homemade pasta with her pasta maker, added mushrooms, onoins, garlic, and of coarse, the leftover smoked brats. I wasn't sure if I would like it or not, but to my suprise, I loved it!

Just wanted to brag on my wife. :chef:
