The first cook was 6 Briskets, 8 Racks of ribs, and 4 pork butts!! It came out awesome!!

I did a customer appreciation day at my office and served over 100 people on her first cook!!
Now I have to get more toung weight. A little heavy in the a$$ end.

Very nice build, I like that a lot! I have 1000 gallon tank myself I am getting ready to start on...although i said the samething 2 months ago..
