New Guy from Maryland
Just starting my first smoker build out of a 120 gal. Compressor tank. It will be a reverse flow with a warming box. I have owned a commercial steel fabrication and welding shop for the last 27 years and decided this would be a cool winter project. I have been using a small commercial propane smoker for the last 5 years and finally decided to up my game with a real smoker. I’ll be taking progressive pics along the way and am sure I’ll have plenty of questions. Thanks for having me.
