Hello everyone
I’m Aaron from Oklahoma I have been smoking for many years but have recently decided to start building my own smokers. I am currently building a Ugly Drum and as soon as it is finished I have a 190 gallon tank that I am going to put on a trailer and build into a smoker I take take to different events.
I look forward to learning from you guys

I hear that they do a great job with very little fire maintenance during the cook.
