The burner and regulator came out of one of those old tailgate gas grills.
It worked pretty good. I would rap wood in tinfoil and lay it over the burner to produce smoke.

I totally forgot about this "build". I found running this old smoker with charcoal not a fun venture. so I converted it to Gas. This was 2012 and my first go at modifying/fabricating.
