Howdy. I live a mile or so from the chosen location so I guess I'm a good local contact. Here are some photos (and I'll try to link a YouTube video) of the cabins. The aren't hotel quality but they are clean and critter free. Per night: Singles go for $44, doubles for $65, and triples for $78. Singles have a main bed and a fold out couch. Triples have three rooms and a fold out couch. All cabins have kitchens.
A friend of mine has chartered bass fishing trips out of Richardsons Fish camp for a very long time. He is also networked in with several other captains if you'd like to charter a fishing trip. Air boat rides are about seven miles away too. Pm me if you'd like more info.

Being that close to this event with these guys to speak with is like living in San Francisco and not seeing the Golden Gate Bridge or the Statue of Liberty in New York. You can be guaranteed to come away with an education on smokers you couldn't buy.

You can do that DC, I think they'll have some spots. Even if they don't there's hotels not far away. I have a place there so my smoker will be there for sure.

Yes and your buddy from Jacksonville said he would try but keep him in the loop. Gizmo said he might be able but it would be hard to say for sure. I also have a neighbor who bought plans that will be visiting. And a few recruits, I've been working on.

Are you close enough to make two trailer trips RC or is there water access from where the boat is to this site? Is this fresh water or salt?

Yes I will make 2 trips it's only about 45 minutes from where I work which is where I keep my boat and my trailer rig.

This place is less than 160 miles away . I do want to go may only stay for the day but it would be great to put faces to names and hassle DC alitte .been a long time
