Ok so only about a week away, I thought I would start a list/agenda of sorts.
I plan on having a fresh batch of smoked fish dip ready for first thing Friday afternoon. I'll be making a good size batch of ABTs for a appetizer. I will take suggestions for dinner entrée.
Saturday morning I will make those cool breakfast cup dishes Gizmo made for us a while back. I was thinking ribs for lunch but I'm open minded. Then pull the stops out for dinner Saturday night, briskets, pulled pork, corn on the cob, smoked baked beans. And anything else we come up with.
Sunday will be determined Saturday night.
This is by no means set in stone. This is only a starting place. This is for sure what I will be bringing to the table.
It's going to be a good time.
We may even catch some fish.

You can count me in for a couple fatties! Not sure if Friday or Saturday would be best for them. Maybe some "Mike a roni and Cheese" as my kids call it.
I am bringing Mack down.... he said he wanted to go with us. I think our Drum smoker said he wanted to go too... I will bring some charcoal but I don't know about wood. ya think we can get some local?

Cool I had guessed I would be there at noon. But I can get there at 8:00 too. I went ahead and got an 2 bedroom trailer so I could have a full sized kitchen and fridge.
