It was Head Country and Blues Hog. Looking at what's left, more Head Country. The Blues Hog is REALLY sweet IMO. First ingredient is brown sugar. The Head Country is a tomato based sauce with a good amount of vinegar and has some tang to it at the end. I like it a lot.
Edit: Liked it so much I ordered a 160 oz jug from Amazon! RC, your package just got delayed again!
If it's tourist season, how come I can't shoot 'em?
I used Head Country exclusively when I had my bbq concession trailer. I have also started using Sweet Baby Rays. It is sweet and I've thought about mixing the 2 but havn't yet. If you like sweet try Big Rick's. You can find it online or in specialty stores.
I'm super stoked...but have a dilemma. I can drive down (9-10 hours) and hang out with you guys or I can stay home and cook for Farm Reversion days. A buddy of mine has some corn to pick and is going to do it old school with some vintage farm equipment...or I could feast with the Smoker Builder crew...or farm old school...or...

It sounds like it's going to, so I'm planning to head sound Friday. Anyone want to put in an order for fresh WI cheese? I'm only about 5 miles from the factory.
