We've been having such a good time the weather hasn't even been an issue. Those UDS kits the guys brought are the real deal. They ran all day and we let them go well into the night. Rock solid!

These guys are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Now I know why I love this place!

What a great weekend!!! Everyone had a blast. I've already heard comments from some of the folks that stopped by about how nice "those guys" were. Wish you all could have been here. If you get a chance to attend one of these I highly recommend it.

On a personal note, I'd like to say Frank and DC were generous enough to leave behind 3 UDS's (and bags of charcoal!) that were built during the event, along with tee shirts, hats, stickers, bbq sauce, rubs.... you get the idea. They already have homes with 2 of the guys that came by, and I am going to take mine to my shop for some lunch smokes.

I think the only regret I have is that I wanted to get a group shot in front of their comp rig and forgot. Might have had something to do with the weather.... or the beer!

Welcome to my world brother, years ago when my great state of Indiana was selling the general public on the idea of a state lottery the big selling point was all the revenue it would generate to build and maintain better roads plus as an added bonus we would see lower license plate cost. Well plates have never gone down in price we still have crappy roads but we did get the lottery. But anyways hope all made it home safe and hope one of these days I can be a part of one of these awesome events.
