THIS HERE THREAD IS THE OFFICIAL SIGN UP THREAD FOR THE OCTOBER 14TH- 16TH, 2016 GATHERING IN FARLINGTON, KS

So listen, This is gonna be more awesomer then ever!!! The Gathering will be located in Crawford State Park, Farlington KS.

We have officially rescheduled from our original date of 9/17/2016 due to the availability of the good spots at the campground.
We have rented the large private, gated area of the park which includes 10 full RV spots, hot and cold running water, a pavilion, and many other things.
All the spots are being paid for by SmokerBuilder.
All you gotta do is bring a camper, tent, or sleep under the stars!
Bring your cooker if ya want and some grub to cook and share!
We plan on making way, way too much food.....

If you plan on coming please post in this thread! We will need to know:

How many people you're bringing:
Will you need a tent or RV spot?
Are you bringing a smoker or grill?
Are you bringing wood or charcoal?
Do you need some wood or charcoal?
When will you be arriving?

We will post your username here as a confirmation in this first post if you sign up in this thread.....

That's a great spot. I would like to share a camper or something like that with someone who lives near there. So maybe they could share stuff I can't bring on a plane.

theres also a pretty big fire ring, its a nice spot, best one on the lake, was a fun time meeting Tom, and hope everyone has a good time.

Now Listen ya-all............ the fire ring is epic. at least 15 feet across.

Warning to whom ever may crash out in my trailer......... I have been known to open a pop top can late at night.... it was a coke really.

I have a little more work to do to the gathering sheets tomorrow night and then Mike and or I will post it.

Just FYI stuff and such. I will arrive early fri morning as next to Mike I think I am the closest. And I think I will be there sunday until probably around 2:00 pm

I'm planning to arrive Thursday evening (in the area) or Friday by noon. Leave Sunday AM.

If you wind up in town thur night let me know by thur morning and I will come down early. We can take my trailer to my sons house and flop for the night. He lives 15 minutes away from the site.
