RC whipped up some of his world famous ABT's to snack on.
. It's starting to get a good color to it. Frank is keeping it mopped down every hour or so.
. That's enough smoke so he's wrapping it up and let it finish cooking.
. It's just about chow time! I'm not sure what they injected and rubbed with but it was a 70 lb pig and they cooked it 8.5 hours at 250-300 degrees.
