We are "Goin Whole Hawg".
-This gathering will be hosted at SmokerBuilder HQ in St. James, MO.
-The gathering will start Thursday, October 12th 2017 at 4 pm.
-Prepare yourself for the BBQ experience of your life!
-We have a special guest coming to instruct on processing whole hogs.
-We will take whole pigs that have already been slaughtered and will be instructed how to process them completely, large and small cuts.
-We will cook and consume ALL of it.
-There will be a lot of time to learn how to process a whole hog. Everyone will get a chance with the knife.
-We will make many, many different things out of the different cuts of meat.
