Dink comes through again- thanks! Fattie just moved onto the must-do list. I can hear the red blood cells trudging around complaining already...

glad I could help contribute to your first heart attack, okay well not really but these things are so darn good and there are so many ways you can add to them, I went through a phase where I tried them with every ingredient I could think of. Also if you like meatloaf try one on the smoker, most excellent.

newly decoded words from a greenhorn...
-Throat... the opening cut in the firebox to allow heat into the "cc" cook chamber.
-Baffle Plate... A contonuous plate, generally of material 1/4" or thicker, that is welded from the firebox end all the way to the opposite end of the cooker. This plate is sealed and acts as an indirect heat source to cook the food.
-Baffle plate opening... This is the amount of gap left between the end of the baffle plate and the end of the tank opposite the firebox.

Duayne, they have left some out, but primarily " Bugger", I can think of at least 10 ways in which it is said and used, all with different meanings...........

Rick, if you add Old to it as in, " G`day you old Bastard" that means you really like and respect him!, in fact there was a club which mainly raised money for charity called " The Australasian Order Of Old Bastards", which was funnily enough started by WW 11 US servicemen that served in Australia......heres some light reading about it!

Oh and to add to that!, I was a member in the 70`s, and as a member you recieved a card stating you were a member, and if another member came up too you in a pub and said " G`day you old Bastard", you were obliged to show him your card, and if you couldn`t, you had to buy him a beer, which was usually just another reason to have another beer!!... :D
