Help with grilled cauliflower steaks please

Hey folks,
I am grilling vegetable on my Weber as a side dish. I was considering grilling some Cauliflower Steaks too. I have never tried this. We do enjoy roasted cauliflower. I wonder if anyone here has tried this and if so, what your results were.
Please share any experiences, tips or recipes you have related to grilled cauliflower steaks.

I never heard of "grilled cauliflower steaks" before. Sounds interesting.
